We offer hostel and camping accommodation for the participants. The options are listed in distance order and you can find their exact location on the tournament map.
The below indicated number of rooms and tent places are reserved for the participants of EYUCup. Until 15th April the teams must book their accommodation on the email address of the chosen hotel or camping. In your email message to the accommodation provider do not forget to include the followings:
- reference to EYUCup,
- type and number of rooms or tent places,
- number of guests over and under 18,
- invioce details (name, address, tax number).
After the booking you’ll receive a confirmation and a proforma invioce from the accommodation provider and you will need to settle the advance payment (10%) through wire transfer directly to the bankaccount of the chosen hotel or camping. On 15th April the reservation ends that is we cannot guarantee that you will get rooms or tent places in these hotels or camping after 15th April. The remaining amount of the accommodation fee is payable latest on 15th June.
The accommodation fee is defined in HUF and EUR as well. You will find different price for those who are under 18 and over 18. This is because of the local tourist tax, which is payable after those guests who are older then 18 years old.

– tourist tax: 400HUF or 1,4EUR per night payable after those guests who are older then 18 years old.
